When attempting to use this dunkin for anything (especially pickup orders) you are guaranteed at least one issue with your order. They continue to run out of ice of all things on a consistent enough basis to be annoying, they fail to have multiple items you attempt to order, and then they fail to provide you a refund for said items because they don't have any customer service employees available. Was so good. Love that you can now make up your own drinks on the screen
This location has major issues. There’s no consistency in the drinks, and they don’t know how to properly order supplies so they are constantly out of things, including cups. Today when I arrived at the drive through, there was an entire list posted of items that weren’t available, 3 of which were included in my mobile order. I ended up just getting a refund and leaving because if there’s no large cups, I’m not paying for a large just to get a medium.
