I was at work craving a sweet coffee so I ordered. I even laid extra for all extra flavors to ensure it would be sweet. It arrived and I was disgusted! It tasted straight like milk. No flavor, no syrups no toppings. (That i paid extra for) .... I'm so so upset! I reported it to door dash and they only gave me $3 back smh. I couldn't even drink it. Money wasted and craving unfulfilled. So sad.

This may be the last Dunkin I ever go to. Pulled up to the drive through to make my order they got it wrong. Then when I was trying to get the attention of the woman behind the window she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. I watched the staff without hairnets on make my food and then proceeded to talk about me negatively and laugh with each other while everyone just started at me through the window. I order at computer tablet I lost 3 bucks oh well keep it. Because Ice shake expresses so much ice and not right Taste it soy milk I say oatmeal milk mmm and order 2 breakfast sourdough sandwich breakfast add sausage for 1 bucks each. So I watch that service lady and Scratch her butt and then make coffee are u joking!?!
