The blend was incorrect. Chunks of ice in the frozen caramel coffee. Every coffee I have gotten here in the past 2 months has been incorrect and takes a long time for them to make.
They suck ! No matter how much I love dunkins everytime I go to this location my coffee is TRASH !! Highly disappointed smh
Happy national coffee day to us🤠 We placed a mobile order that went through and after pulling up to the drive thru we saw a sign that said they were closing early at 7. After pulling around and parking we see all of them just sitting around for some kind of meeting. One employee walked to the front SOLELY to lock the door in our face then the manager came over and asked if I had a mobile order. This location has big issues… there is not a single time I ever go and get my order right-not once. I say that and I go a lot because their coffee is my favorite. If your coffee isn’t messed up…the food is. You either get extra, get the wrong food, they don’t have what you ordered, or they say you didn’t order food at all. I have to verbally go over my order with them and wait 15+ extra minutes in line because no one made the food.
