I’m a frequent customer and lately I’ve had a massive issue with not receiving what I order. I order the same coffee every time, a caramel craze latte. This is a specific signature latte. It’s basically a caramel latte with whip cream, caramel drizzle and cinnamon sugar on top. There’s a very sweet older lady who always makes it perfectly and everything on the tag is present.
