The manager Fahad was a very good person.He handle customers with patience nd professionalism which makes Dunkin’ a pleasant place to visit.Although he does not allow outsiders to park in certain areas as part of his responsibility, this rule is understandable and should be respected. I drove from one town over in order to find this location of DD & Baskin Robbins. My cousin & I ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes and a double scoop in a cup to go. After the employee made the sundaes & put whipped cream on them, I asked about the hot fudge & peanuts? She stated that they were out of hot fudge & peanuts. I asked her why she didn't inform us? This location is creating serious legal exposure for itself and the Dunkin’ brand due to the conduct of its store manager. And unbeknownst to the store manager he himself can also be added as a defendant in a civil suit. Deceptive pricing: On a recent visit, my boyfriend and I ordered a $6 meal deal and a sandwich clearly listed at $5.99. The total should have been approximately $13 with tax, yet we were charged $18.49.
