Management at this Dunkin’ location really needs to ensure there are at least two staff members working during busy travel seasons like summer or around the holidays. Having only one person trying to handle everything creates long wait times and poor experiences for both customers and employees. Every time I’ve ordered here—whether in person at the cashier or through the app—it has taken over 15 minutes, simply because there’s only one staff member on duty. This is a management issue that needs to be fixed.

When you get hired there they will teach you everything but there is a catch if you can't learn everything and I mean everything in 2 weeks your automatic fired and you have to do it by yourself and you must be fast

It’s always a treat when a place not only serves up yummy coffee and food, like your avocado toast, but also has great service. The friendly and welcoming staff really makes a difference, even when they’re dealing with their own stuff. Their ability to stay positive is awesome and adds to the overall great vibe. These experiences are so heartwarming and show us how important kindness is. If you’re thinking of going back, it sounds like a place you should definitely visit again!
