one of the slowest drive throughs ive been in. i spent nearly 30 minutes in a line of cars waiting for my order. line moved maybe one car every 5-ish minutes it was awful there was no reason for it to be that slow especially when my coffee was bitter and stale and my sandwich was burnt.
One of my favorite Dunkins the employees know my order and get them made quickly. They are always so friendly
By far the worst...Employees are rude and the managers very unexperience when dealing with customers. Order never right, and if you say something, is never their fault. Spend your money somewhere where you get what you paid for. Horrible, Horrible, horrible place..
Cashier is rude and can not do math Never give change - they get lost As well - not possible to get bagels toasted dark consistency is not there
