I love Dunkin, but with this location you have about a 50% chance of getting your order correct.
Long wait time when literally no one else is in line. No consistency in their drinks, they make drinks wrong all the time and don’t care if you have an allergy or not. Made my drink with dairy instead of the oatmilk (I paid additional for) and the manager was supposed to reach out to me over this and NEVER contacted me. Who needs Dunkin anyways when 7 Brew is so much better and take people’s allergens SERIOUSLY.
Slow service. No acknowledgment from the two women working The drive-thru stood in line for 5 minutes. Driving to Bojangles to get coffee instead. It is 3:11 p.m. Wednesday.
