Edit: can I leave a -star? Edit: Went from a 5 star to a 1 star within a year. No one can take my order correctly no matter how clear I say it any more and the employees are constantly making mistakes on orders they make and laugh about it in front of guests. Waited 10 minutes for my latte. No one else waiting, just employees standing around. Thanks guys
i they train the staff on what’s necessary. Most of my orders have been incorrect and inconsistent. They are very kind and polite but may not have the best tools to do the job- which is not on them, it’s poor training and management.

Initially they got my order of munchkins wrong, i returned and they gave the ones I ordered just to get home the second time and see that they gave me less than i paid for. I am not going back. If you order things make sure they are right.
