I walked in, unsure of my order. In standing there for 3 mins or so. Three different people came over two of them multiple times to make contact with me. They weren’t pushy or rushing me, they just wanted to make sure I was being waited on properly. It should be normal in customer service but it is becoming the less and less common. Thank you Dunkin’ for exhibiting the standard.
I use to go this location all the time. Store manager is rude. The order takers are rude. I will never go here again. Than they made coffee with nothing but creamer it was just milk.
The new valentines coffees are in. Delicious. Nice service as well.
I will never go back to this location went through the drive-thru they definitely need some better employees who in the right mind would stack chocolate covered donuts on top of one another in a bag instead of putting it in the box never will I ever go back to this one again I'll stick to the Washington road location
The reason I give this place one start that I ask for less ice and they wanted to try it and give me half a drink. Then they stated I had to pay an extra dollar fifty if I wanted more drink in my cup because of the type of drink. I told them legally, I paid for a drink.There is no sign stating that I need to pay more if I get less ice. So\nThey end up filling my cup up. The employees are great people.
