they are always so rude to me for no reason and have cancelled my order multiple separate times and i went today and they were really rude and nasty to me and then gave me the wrong drink
The lady at the drive thru working today at 6:20 is mean, bulky amd gave me a cup of hot milk after purchasing a coffee Customer service 0
This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping and acted like they didn’t want to be there. It honestly felt like they just wanted to get paid without doing their jobs.
