This location is the closest to my job so I have been going on and off for about 5 years. I take breaks from going every so often when the service is really bad and then will retry it after a few weeks or a few months and am usually instantly reminded why I don't go to this location. Normally, they forget to put in the extra shot to my coffee but never forget to charge me for it. I had such a good experience at this Dunkin Donuts today 7/20. The young lady that helped me, Ombretta, was absolutely sweet. So kind and helpful. The whole staff was truly kind and helpful. They looked like a great team! Kudos are in order!
