I've never had any issues with this Dunks. Yes, they are sometimes out of tall straws, which I prefer, but whatever. I used to get sandwiches on plain bagels but they would always burn it.
messed up my coffee order twice. however, my onion bagel was perfectly toasted so I can't complain too much.
Horrible service today. 10 employees behind the counter. 3 customers. And they left us waiting 2 minutes before acknowledging us. Sad service.
They are a bunch fuck ups with orders , I asked for a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and I get it on a plain bagel ! Like wtf man do ur fucking job right

This location ALWAYS screws up my order-how hard is a plain bagel toasted with low fat veggie cream cheese an a large ice tea with two Splendas! Yep I've had so many misinterpretations of this!
My husband and I were at the WRoxbury store approximately 1:00pm today. One of the items we ordered was a Flat,ham/egg/cheese sandwich. When we arrived home we discovered that there was no ham in the sandwich. I called 3 times to talk to a supervisor. Each time I was told they were out. We paid for a ham/cheese/egg flat sandwich.
