I always come to this Dunkin because the service is usually amazing, but today was extremely disappointing. There was a new old lady working with blonde hair who had the absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. When I asked if she had scanned my points, she kept rolling her eyes to the back of her head and giving me dirty looks instead of answering. Greatest customer service the employees are always so kind and a delight. Also probably the only place i get an iced caramel latte that is consistent taste wise :)
