They couldn’t get my drink right like threes times and the first time they completely forgot about my drink. The food took forever even though we were the only people there and there were three workers
This is now the second time they've gotten my coffee wrong I go through the drive-thru I order a large hot latte it shouldn't be that hard to be able to make the correct order especially when it shows the right order on the screen and I confirm the order on top of that they're not even friendly through the drive-thru
I go every afternoon for my coffee. The team is always polite, remembers my order, and works hard to get the customer out fast. Snehal has been there the longest and I really appreciate her customer service, the whole afternoon team should be recognized!
Ordered a bagel with butter And jelly . Got the bagel with no jelly and just drenched in butter. UNREAL
