my matcha was insanely sweet i couldn’t even drink it and it was full of clumps of powder. also the machine was automatically tipping 25%? they also only have donuts and medium and large sized drinks very strange and waste of $
Came up to see the menu before ordering and their menu screen was down. That was fine. However, The issue arose when I kindly asked two gentlemen behind the counter for a possible paper menu. They rudely responded no. So, I asked what kind of coffee do you have so that I can make a choice. One guy replied in such a rude and unprofessional way that I just told him to don't worry about it. Fast service, good food and cost effective breakfast option
I WILL NOT be tipping anymore at Dunkin. S simple thank you would’ve sufficed. She didn’t do anything but ring me up. Girl bye. I hope others stop until you people get some manners. I work hard for my money too
They simply don’t get why they are there have zero customer service I don’t know who’s interviewing these people because they are not respectful. The guy this morning around 7am should be fired for pissing off so many people.
