I think the 2 girls working there hate their job. They dont appear to know how it works. Gave previous customer cold coffee and the dark haired server could not comprehend what was the problem with getting cold coffee when you ordered hot. Then making a latte was by menu pictures. Could be better, maybe later
I’ve been a frequent traveler at this airport for years! And this is the first time I’ve been served by a young woman of Hispanic descent; both at the register and at the customer service counter; someone who left me truly satisfied with the way she treated me. She told me she was Cuban; she even prepared my drink herself! On this occasion, I give them the highest rating. I’m so glad I came back this time and found someone who really knows how to deal with the public!
Iced coffee was watery. Guest requests were ignored by cashier for multiple customers in a row, service was fast(that might be due to ignoring customers requests and being so unfriendly, guest stopped trying to order their drink.)
A young man who looks like he recently got his haircut Hispanic was very rude to me. Didn’t know how to make what I wanted. I had to look up the recipe on Gemini and read it to him… He was cussing with his coworkers and talking over me even the airport security came over to him and said oh I thought you weren’t gonna work here anymore because of the money. Don’t waste your time. Guy at register 2/9/26 at 11 am was mumbling so bad and talking so low that I couldn’t understand him. I kept asking him to repeat himself and had to look at his lips to even try to understand what language he was trying to speak. I finally just told him my order which was an matcha and he said ‘none of that today’. So I said ok nevermind. He sneered and snorted at me like I was the dumb one in this situation?
