Rude, rude, rude, and rude. I’ve never been shouted at in the drive thru before. But now I know in know in no uncertain terms that they do not carry the chocolate cream donut.

went there to get an 8$ latte and the kid sincerely takes my card, swipes it, hands it back to me and says "the machines down sorry" and then was proceeded to be told that I couldn't get a refund because none of them knew how to do it. Idiocracy is here
The inconsistency with my coffee from this Dunkin is terrible, I always get a coffee with a shot or 2 and sometimes I can tell the shot is not even added into the coffee and the shots cost extra. Also I usually order with the mobile ordering and now all of a sudden you can order with the mobile ordering system which is unfortunate. I will say the employees there are always very kind and help me quickly.
