Lots of staff, very slow service. My food was not good. Not enough seating, someone asked to join us at our table. Bathrooms are dirty.

This location has terrible doughnuts and worse sandwiches, takes advantage of being one of the only Dunkins in Charlestown
Never enough employees working so the weight for anything cooked is 10-15 minutes minimum. The remodeled it but decided to take out 50% of the seating for some reason.
