It seems that everyone is too busy doing their own thing to pay attention to a customer. I stood there I don’t know how long until someone finally came to take my order. It seems they prioritize the drive thru. Which I understand but please prioritize the customers coming into your lobby as well. Was given attitude and a look from one of the girls. This location sucks. Ordered an iced matcha latte and couldn’t have any because it’s all ice and nothing else! $6 down the drain!!! Do not come here.
It’s 96 degrees outside. Can’t believe I have to request the correct way of putting a donut in a bag. Common sense isn’t so common there. Do better.
We came in during a huge rush, with an absurdly huge order ourselves, and the crew was amazing! Thank you
