Upon entry, I stood at the front counter about 5 minutes before my order was taken. Then, I wasn't greeted properly. There appeared to be a full crew present and a shift manager. Too many staff for making a customer wait or ignoring him or her. No excuses; our time shouldn't be wasted until an associate decides to acknowledge us. Also, the hashbrowns were burnt and customer service of a couple of employees need major improvement. Where's the great guest service, professionalism and courtesy?
Its crazy to be out of the new signature Drink before 10 am on top of that long wait and the staff i could see all seemed out of it or unfocused which explains the wait. God bless the manger or supervisor who seemed to be handling it almost single handedly I hope she is recognized snd paid well.
