Went by around noon. Line outside at drive thru. One car in parking lot; so I thought going inside would be better. Went inside, one person on drive thru window, 4-6 other employees inside. Unfortunately many were making drinks for the drive thru. Waited 4-5 minutes no acknowledgment. So I decided to leave and as I get to the door someone finally comes in counter. Too late. Would not recommend this Dunkin unless drive thru is your thing.
This is my go to Dunkin. There is typically two young men working in the evenings and they are very friendly and efficient. The only issue I’ve came across is most the donuts are sold out by 5 and they don’t close until 9.
Stale bagels. Hardly any cream cheese on top. I do not like bagel toasted. They go ahead and toast anyway, and the get annoyed when you teller. Then they toast again. Really, really not smart. These bagels are not fresh. I am done, not returning anymore.
Typically, this is my go to dunkin, but as of recently, everyone has been so rude and not willing to acknowledge my presence. Also, every time I have gotten their matcha, it has been fine it’s tasted like normal matcha, when I got it this time, they gave me an iced coffee with what it seems like matcha cold foam on top, and when I asked for a correction, they did not try and fix it and I was stuck with this nasty drink. Overall though, everything else on the menu is delicious and I normally love the staff.
