This is my go to Dunkin and they are always nice and kind. I've not once had an order that was incorrect and they always move a line quickly, no matter how long.
I ordered an iced chai latte with oat milk instead of regular milk and every time I go to this one they put both milks in it. Absolutely absurd
I easily go to dunkin 4-5 times a week. I recently moved to the area and this is my first time at this location. I ordered a coffee and a GLAZED donut. I received what appeared to be a coffee with no syrup and a Boston crème donut with nothing on it. The drive thru workers were not even remotely polite. I will not be going to this location again. The experience at this dunkin was flat out embarrassing.
