Very bad service experience. I went to buy coffee and ordered less ice. When it was made, there was a lot less coffee in the cup. The staff told me that because I ordered less ice, they didn't add more ice to make the coffee float on the surface. Cutting corners. The mother and daughter who were in line before me ordered the same coffee without less ice, but the coffee was also cut corners. Horrible management team. There must be a reason for the low rating.
