Time after time this place has been a disappointment. The wait is always long and the orders are always incomplete. It is clear that the training of the staff is insufficient…..ALWAYS. This is the worst running restaurant I have ever experienced. I am greatly surprised that this place has not closed down within the past few years. I am sure that corporate would be highly disappointed at how poorly its brand is being represented. I love Dunkin, but this one in particular (Burleson, Tx) is horrible!

Man, there’s not really any other way to put this, you guys just flat out suck. Literally, the absolute worst donuts in the business. Stale garbage That taste like it’s been sitting out for three days on an open counter. You’re still in business I have no idea and that’s not just this location. That’s the entire chain. Literally every time I try to give you guys another chance you screw it up with stale rock hard food that is inedible.

Every. Single. Time. I go there, they don’t make my drink correctly. It’s just something that I know: if I want Duncan, I’m going to have a crappy drink. But this time they were a bit extra and I want management to know. Here are some bullet points. - they clearly don’t measure the drink inclusions. - the liquid cane sugar comes in an apple juice looking bottle and they just dump in however much they feel like adding. - everyone had on street clothes. I came to this location with a friend and we ordered the $6 meals with the following coffee orders: Medium iced coffee with skim milk and half a pump of liquid can sugar. Medium iced coffee with 4 creams and 6 caramels. When we got to the window and were handed our drinks, the first coffee was just pure milk so we asked that it be remade. The second coffee was the right color but upon tasting it, there was no caramel but sugar had been added instead. Something that was not originally ordered. I'd give it a zero if I could!! They tell you they have decaf then proceed to just water down the regular!!!! That DOES NOT remove caffeine! Ordered an iced coffee and got iced milk!! Barely any coffee flavor at all. Worst Dunkin I've ever visited!
