Seriously need to be retrained or trained and maybe a little bit of reading comprehension. So far they have messed up every single order I have had here. As much as i loved Dunkin we will no longer patron here because of this

Never order a mobile order for a specific time at this location. It will not be ready. Staff is very unattentive
I always like their tea and Boston cream donuts
Service is terribly slow, even when there are no other customers around. Takes forever to be greeted at the speaker, forever for them to come to the window, they don't even look at you when they hand you your drink/take your payment, and then they barely have what's listed on the menu available.
