They do not mix your drinks in. I have caramel that I had to mix in with my straw because they didn't. Also I don't understand how I'm barely getting any ice when ITS AN ICED COFFEE. They are putting ice in last like that's not right and nobody is fixing that because it's multiple people that keep making my drink that way. They do have good days but other times it's a waste of money.
Donut quality had gone downhill over the years. Coffee is ok. Sad to see a once great place to downhill.
Place is staffed exclusively by petulant children who wont interact with customers before theyve been in the room for 10minutes
Worst dunkin I been to. They take forever on taking order when inside.... rude.... coffee never a full cup
