I often have poor service here in the drive-up, and my food is hit or miss. Just days ago, the person kept telling me "I said wait!!" I now pass by to go to other locations for better food and service.
Never get lattes here. There was no coffee then they put a miniscule amount in it intestate of remaking it properly. Worst experience ever
By the far the worst location I have been to. I went on 03/15/25 around 8:58 am for coffee and breakfast meal and the lady was taking my order had zero welcoming and terrible attitude when I was placing my order. When I pulled to the window, it appeared like she was giving everyone even the other employees a hard time. I would recommend to take an action toward her or you’ll keep losing customers.
It's one of the nicest Dunkins I've been in. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable, and our food was hot. My coffee was perfect.
