I dont know what it is about this Dunkin. I placed a mobile order for my coffee. Line was wrapped all the way down the road. Went in. 18 minutes later still no coffee. Then I receive my coffee and its practically white. The one worker has her child with her behind the counter being a distraction with at least 10 cars waiting in the drive thru and 10 people inside. Then she starts talking out loud about how she needs to change her tampon because she feels like shes bleeding through her pants. Discusting..
I wouldn't stop here for anything go to the other dunkin that's 10 minutes down the street. The workers are rude and have attitude. I went through the drive through and order an ice coffee and when I drove off, I drank some and it was disgusting, it was so burnt I couldn't even drink it so I turned around and went in to get it fixed and they made me a new one and as I was walking away they were mocking me and said how is coffee burnt. Disappointed in the drive thru staff members attitude. We stopped and admittedly had a larger order. We had 5 people in the car on a road trip. I placed my order and when I came to the window, several items were missing and we had to remind her of what we ordered. I have no issues with her forgetting, it happens. My issues was the attitude we received like it was our fault she forgot. I'm hoping it was just a bad morning for this individual and she's normally kinder to her customers.
Probably my last stop at this particular store. I ordered ahead on the app, and the drive thru line was wrapped around the building when I got there. So I parked and went into the store to see if I could pick up my order. I was told that I needed to wait in the drive thru line. So I waited in the line for 20 minutes and watched others walk into the store and come out with food.
Orders mostly right, food hot. Just took a bit to get the wraps and coffee.
