I appreciate Charlie remaking my coffee every time the girl with the red hair makes it. When red head makes my coffee, iced coffee is all over outside of my cup and is not stirred at all. This is an everyday occurrence and if she sees me walk in the store she makes sure she makes my coffee. Today she pushed aside the other girl and made my coffee. No reason to try and cause issues. Calmly I told her no customer would accept a coffee that looks like this. Don't think I'll be coming back when she's working.
I went through the drive-thru this morning and it took me a few extra seconds to find my wallet and pull up the app. The manager with the red hair proceeded to tell the girls inside Duncan while the window is open that they'll make sure I'm never allowed back in the store if I take this long again. which is unacceptable
Young lady that took our order was very pleasant & polite. That's a rarity these.
Great food fast service Rachael was awesome super friendly always nails my complicated order for three people she needs a raise !
