I went through the drive-thru this morning and it took me a few extra seconds to find my wallet and pull up the app. The manager with the red hair proceeded to tell the girls inside Duncan while the window is open that they'll make sure I'm never allowed back in the store if I take this long again. which is unacceptable
Young lady that took our order was very pleasant & polite. That's a rarity these.
Great food fast service Rachael was awesome super friendly always nails my complicated order for three people she needs a raise !
This location is the absolute best, in customer service and the drinks and food. Coffees and sandwiches made here are better than any Dunkin location I go to.
