Terrible customer service!
They forgot to put kosher bacon on my wrap! Not acceptable! The coffee is always good though
Worst Dunkin experience ever, It is so bad, I wanna give it a zero, but that’s not possible... so I give it a one. If Dunkin wants to keep their name from sinking, they need to replace the management at this location immediately. First, the staff screamed at me just for trying to use the bathroom — apparently even paying customers aren’t allowed basic human decency here. Service is really good, I came here around a month ago, and they were very polite, I tried using a deal after ordering and they nicely explained why the deal didn’t go through and helped me make it happen. They weren’t pissed or annoyed at all, out of all the dunkins I’ve been to, this one has the best service.
