Sometimes they mess up on your order but over all they are really good here. The food is good , the staff is polite.
I placed a Uber eats order to be delivered however due to lack of drivers I contact Uber customer service to have the order picked up instead. Uber provided me their address for pickup. I got to to the store, stayed at the pickup line while the workers are just moving around without asking me what do I need help with. I go out of my way for this one just because they’re fast and always get my coffee just right. And super friendly.
I went to dunkin because my order had been messed up the previous day and when I called to complain this morning, the nicest woman Emily picked up and said we could come right in and get it again for free. Then when we got there, the manager ended up taking our order and he was also THE NICEST man and did not make me feel bad about anything.
