I’m not blaming the hardworking staff here — they’re clearly doing their best — but the management/ownership needs to take a serious look at how this location is being run. During the morning rush, they routinely have only two employees on shift. Those two are somehow expected to handle drive-thru orders, in-store customers, mobile orders, and delivery orders all at the same time. I don't know why the bad reviews. We were treated very good, the place was spotless clean, and the ladies working there were funny and kind. I was ecstatic to fine a dunking within 2 hours of my home, I will definitely be back... oh yeah the doughnuts were as delicious as i remember.
