Overfilled drinks which is fine but never give napkins, even when purchasing food. Always a huge mess in my cup holders.
Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru line. Got my order wrong. Realized NO ONE IS WEARING GLOVES.
I ordered hash browns at the drive through. The ones they gave me were soggy and mushy. I even waited for over 5 min at the drive through when I was the only car in line. Absolutely terrible.
I usually love dunkin but this one has really fell on its face. I’ve tried it several times and every time the staff is rude, food is ice cold when it should be hot, drinks are wrong, the list goes on.
