Bad bad service, leave you waiting in line forever
The inside of the store never seems to be very busy, but somehow the drive through is always agonizingly slow.
One of the worst Dunkin Donuts. Ordered on app to pick up. I refill my balance to keep ready on app. Ordered two items. I arrived and big boys doing nothing with zero customers didn’t read the order. Had to wait. And wait. One large item was not in stock. There was no alternative so I simply asked to put my balance back. They tell me they cannot do that. So I suggested to just do a gift card.
