We come here several times a week because it is just down the road and open late. They get the order wrong about half the time. One trip we had to drive back through three times to get a sandwich correct. They are also frequently out of common items. Obviously very poor management and poor training practices. Also reflects poorly on the Dunkin franchisee that they have had such a low rating for years and have done nothing to improve it.
My daughter and her coworker went thru the drive-thru and the girl was super rude and VERY disrespectful to her coworker if you want insults this is the place to go.
Lately the service has been sub par. Lots of younger people working that don't have any customer service experience. And it's always disappointing when anything you try to order is out of stock ie: a glazed donut or glazed minis and small coffee cups etc. especially when it's all on the same trip.
The breakfast croissant tasted like cardboard. It was absolutely awful. I couldn't even eat it. Coffee was great but the rest was disgusting.
We ordered donuts, water and bagel bites. My husband ordered the plain bagel bites and the everything bagel bites. The plain bagel bites had a very weird taste to them and were soggy. They reminded me of something that was freezer burnt and cooked. The donuts were good, which is normal for us when we order from them. The waters also had a slight odd taste to it as well. Not sure if the filters need to be changed or if it's something else. They are always fast and helpful at this location.
