AVOID THIS DUNKIN!!! I’ll never come to this Dunkin again! I have been to many Dunkin many years all over Atlanta, and not one Dunkin has EVER charge me for a PUP CUP! I’m so disgusted I probably won’t EVER go to Dunkin again!! And I buy dunkin EVERYDAY! Spent $7 on a drink and you want to charge for a squirt of whip cream in a cup!!! Shame on you! I’ll drive an extra 2 miles and go to another Dunkin! Stay away from this Dunkin!!

Dakota (either spelled with a c or a k I can’t remember) was really kind and helpful with my order when it needed correcting. I recently was informed I needed to stop eating dairy and apparently cheese automatically comes on their chicken croissant. Now initially I was annoyed but he apologized and let me know that it came on it. I appreciate the speed and the respect given from employee to customer in the interaction. Definitely recommend coming here if nothing less than for the fact that they take care of you.

I stopped in this morning to get some coffee and they were really busy. I skipped the drive thru and decided to go in for my mobile order cuz the drive thru was barely moving. When I got inside these poor workers were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. They had so many things working against them. Rude as heckl this morning Jan 13th 9:36am. Update - that person seems to have been letgo, much better atmosphere and professionalism! Food is still not the best, same with coffee; rushed service isn't good service!
