Rude as heckl this morning Jan 13th 9:36am. Update - that person seems to have been letgo, much better atmosphere and professionalism! Food is still not the best, same with coffee; rushed service isn't good service!
If I could give it ZERO stars. I would. The absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have been to. I have been to a lot and different states. I ordered a BOX of munchkins and it took them 20 minutes to get them and did not even let us choose which ones that we wanted. That’s the FIRST Dunkin that’s happened at. I have THREE kids. Yall are expensive enough as it is And now we don’t even get to choose what we spend our money on. That’s just ridiculous. Not to mention, both of our drinks were made incorrectly. service always is terrible here… no matter if there’s no employees or old ones it’s slow. My friend got a drink here one time and it had mold at the bottom
TERRIBLE service this morning. I received a Burnt Bagel, wrong drink and wrong order of munchkins, all together I will not be returning. I asked to have order corrected and manager was rude!!!! Poor owner of this one, the world won’t be running on this Dunkin Donuts, you hired the worst manager (Mikayla) to run your store. I will not be returning.
