Two nights in a row my order has been made incorrectly. Monday i only got an iced latte and the sweetener I order was not put in it so I turned around to have it corrected. Tonight I ordered the same latte along with avocado toast and a powdered donut. Again, the sweeter was left out of my latte, my donut was hard, and the avocado toast was had strips of undercooked bacon on top instead of how it normally comes. This time I went back and had my drink “corrected” again and it still didn’t seem quite right.
Please somebody look into management at this chain! Twice they said they couldn't make me a decaf latte this month. And once they said he sorry our business doors are closed because we are short staffed, only Drive thru is available. The place needs to be run more efficiently.

mannnn I asked them for one less shot in my latte and they said no 😭 like i’m paying you more to give me less and the answer is no? also im p sure there was one worker running the whole store that’s just bad management smh
