Went to this dunkin this morning. Usually I have had good experiences here but this morning was extremely chaotic and the woman who checked us out was not even remotely paying attention. We ordered two sandwiches, two drinks and 3 donuts. The lady placed my frosted donut upside down so when I went to eat it all the frosting stuck to the bottom of the bag. I drive out of my way to go to this Dunkin vs one less than a mile from my house because this staff is 1000% more professional and they get it right every time.
I came through ordering a Lg hot coffee, chai latte, two snack and bacon’s, two ham and Swiss stuffed croissants and a 10 piece of munchkins. I came through when it was slow and somewhere around 1. They forgot my snack and bacon and the munchkins were rock solid. Normally they don’t miss anything so I don’t know if it’s just an off day but there’s no reason I should be missing items and getting food harder than the ice outside.
