This location will not give you any iced beverages with light ice. They’re reasoning is that the drinks “are calibrated” and the assumption from them is that you are trying to get free coffee; however, you can get most of their drinks hot with no ice, so you tell me how that makes sense. It is interesting that they can’t put light ice in shaken espresso drinks after they run it over the ice by simply using less ice and making up the difference. The manager is always in a good mood. She seems to enjoy her work! Most of the employees are just as friendly. They always get our drinks right. Great job!
Best Dunkin’ in the world, the employees all of them are so sweet and have amazing customer service, my food is always hot my coffee is always perfect, their service is fast and the food is amazing, if I order extra with anything they make sure I get my moneys worth I’m always amazed by this place.
