Terrible attitudes, long waits, and mediocre food. I’m proud to give this negative review.
Doughnut holes were stale and VERY lightly half coated with glaze. Very expensive order. Won't be returning. Should have read the reviews on this sad place.
This location will not give you any iced beverages with light ice. They’re reasoning is that the drinks “are calibrated” and the assumption from them is that you are trying to get free coffee; however, you can get most of their drinks hot with no ice, so you tell me how that makes sense. It is interesting that they can’t put light ice in shaken espresso drinks after they run it over the ice by simply using less ice and making up the difference.
