Excellent customer service
Received old/stale decaf that wasn’t fresh. Front employee warmed the coffee twice when he said he would make fresh decaf. He lied. People pay 4 dollars for a hot coffee to get it fresh, otherwise you go and get it from the Deli for 1 dollar.
Very unhelpful staff. Even as a paying customers they refused to let us to use the bathroom. They made my husband to walk 8 blocks just to find a bathroom. Avoid this place at all cost. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I went into Dunkin’ to order an iced tea and was surprised to see a woman inside with two dogs on leashes. No one working there asked if they were service animals. She even took out a bowl and gave them water right in the dining area. As far as I know, this is not legal unless they are service dogs, and it’s certainly not sanitary. On top of that, my kids have a severe fear of dogs, which made the experience very uncomfortable for us.
