New to this location and they did not disappoint. They have CONSISTENTLY made my drink PERFECTLY every time. My new favorite spot!
I frequently use this store for my coffee, sandwich or donuts. The last two days there, I witnessed the store manager belittle a new employee in front of customers and staff. She was there only 3 days and the manager keeps belittling her every time I go there for my coffee. This is unfortunate for the new employee and all the customers who witnessed this. Maybe the manager should go to school on how to get along with her employees. As long as she is there and belittling her employees I will never go back there again.
I used to buy coffee here regularly, sometimes 2–3 times a day. I always kindly asked for less caramel or less sugar, but unfortunately, my preferences were rarely respected. Today was the final straw. I asked for just two pumps of caramel, but instead of remaking the drink, they took it away and clearly gave me back the same coffee — as if I wouldn’t notice. Never had a bad cup of coffee or got a mouth full of sugar from not be stirred! Staff is friendly, it's nice being greeted with a smile!
