I went through the drive thru. I placed an order. The girl was very hurried so I did not get everything ordered that I wanted. At the window I tried to tell her I needed to add two more donuts. She told me “you can’t add to your order at the window.” I explained I was rushed by her and she said I “could go back through” if I need to add two more donuts. Woman at the drive through was absolutely miserable. I wish i would’ve pulled back around and got her name. She was insanely short and rude to us while ordering, and we heard her using profanity and talking about customers in a way that i have never heard someone in a customer service position talk. She wears a pony tail and visor almost every day, and has somewhat of a hispanic accent. What happened to Dunkin donuts? Out of stock, as usual, over priced and under staffed.
The place was a mess people everywhere they have orders messed up. I order a iced latte w no whip and a medium I got a iced whipped latte with whip and they haven’t even started on our food we waited like 35 minutes meanwhile they were literally standing around talking….
