I honestly cannot wait for the day people actually do their jobs — not just show up for a paycheck, not just hand out half-effort service because it’s “easier.” This woman has absolutely no business working in customer service, let alone a coffee shop. She belongs at the Dollar Tree — and even they manage to be polite. I ordered a medium black coffee — not iced, not flavored, just black coffee. My bagel would have been great if it were toasted literally at all… it was literally still cold. The staff is very kind, just wish my bagel was toasted.
