Store often times gets an order wrong and will get defensive about it when brought up. Service is slow, you will sit at the drive through waiting for someone to take your order with no one in line. Hands down the worst Dunkin around! Will go out of my way to go to another Dunkin
Normally this Dunkin is the best in the area and we drive out of our way to come here, but the service this morning completely ruined it. We waited over 15 minutes this morning, for 1 car in the drive through, whatever. However, the lady that worked the window (around 10am this morning) had such a nasty attitude and needs to be fired. She was absolutely disgusting to speak with. Our food was cold and when we asked her to heat it up, she argued, rolled her eyes at us, and then slammed the window.
