Surprised that Dunkin Donuts in Buffalo thinks it is okay to serve this!
I really can't accurately give them a score for food or service I'm sure that the people that work there are lovely people and they do a really good job of making the items you order. However the location is absolutely the worst setup I've ever seen in my life. Absolutely ridiculous that there's only one way to get to this Duncan and that the actual entrance to it you'd have to know exactly where it is to be able to get there. They have forgotten something I ordered both times ive been there.
Placed a mobile order and got to the window and waited for ten minutes. bagel was burnt and cold. i could see the girls sitting in the back talking with my bag right there. if you don’t wanna do your job don’t work.
