Whoever owns this particular chain needs to address the terrible way whoever you selected to manage it is going.
This is the worst Dunkin in the area! They are always short staffed in the morning which is absolutely ridiculous! They lock the door all the time and keep walk in orders on the mobile ordering if it isn't just shut off completely because they can't keep up. I watched a guy park his work van that can't go through the drive thru try to pick up his walk in order then have to walk to the window for his order. Do better!
Need to enjoy some lemon filled donuts one more time

Wasn't able to order anything on the app so I decided to go inside to see if I can do it that way. They told me that the manager shut everything down so that you're not able to pre-order ahead of time on the app, but that makes no sense whatsoever so I just left
