this has happened a lot. Order is always wrong. i asked for an Ice carmel latte with 1 pump of peanut butter and only 2 carmels with marshmallow cold foam. he asked me ab cream and sugar ? i even questioned him ab that and i said no just a normal latte . he said people usually change the milk.
