Old fashion donut was too dry.
this has happened a lot. Order is always wrong. i asked for an Ice carmel latte with 1 pump of peanut butter and only 2 carmels with marshmallow cold foam. he asked me ab cream and sugar ? i even questioned him ab that and i said no just a normal latte . he said people usually change the milk. The don't have donuts!
This location is the worst! business runs SO much better elsewhere, I’m not sure if the employees are new but why is it that they could never do a simple drink right? If it’s that difficult please work elsewhere. Now a days people hate working so they do so poorly but man do they love their checks, give the same energy when you’re working! Why is it that our dunks are always half filled? Why aren’t we getting what we want & pay for? Don’t come to this location.
They are rude they serve cold coffee they give spoiled cream and the workers are very rude they refuse to remake the coffee or give you a refund and when you complain they ban you from being served they need to be shut down
