The customer service at this location was extremely disappointing and unwelcoming. I ordered Snackin’ Bacon and received a few cut-up strips. When I went back inside to ask about it, the male employee said, “Does it look like 8 strips?” I said no, and he responded, “Well, that’s what we’re allowed to give you.” The attitude was completely unnecessary. Service was not good. The guy apoeared very unininterested in what he was doing and gave me the wrong donuts 🍩
Stopped in yesterday for one item avocado toast. The 2 people before me had their orders taken and made immediately. I placed my order. The lady at the register, barely, spoke English. She also took the guy's order behind me, then proceeded to make their orders from the ice cream bar. I stopped her and asked for a refund. She rang the refund up as a donut. I guess she'll pay for it out her tip. Review to remind me not to stop here if working in the area
