I’m not one to ever write reviews, but this Dunkin’ was by far the slowest one I’ve ever been to. From when I placed my order to when I received the food 30 minutes had elapsed. The store was not busy, and all I ordered was a single sandwich. I could have driven to the grocery store, bought the ingredients, driven home and made it myself in the time it took for them to make the sandwich. As to the quality of the sandwich it wasn’t great but I have had worse. This Dunkin’ is a disgrace to my Boston roots.

Understaffed and slow moving. A sit down restaurant would be faster. No place to sit on the main level; only a sketchy upstairs landing.

We order Uber Eats from this Dunkin every 1–2 weeks. The munchkins are always a hit with my son, but the donut boxes are a consistent disappointment. Unfortunately, Uber doesn’t allow for custom donut selection, and more often than not the staff fills the box with mostly powdered and blueberry donuts. These are clearly the least popular choices—especially with 4- and 6-year-olds—and usually go uneaten. Imagine. John Lennon invited us to do just that—what would a world look like, stripped of war and inequality? Dunkin Donuts of Arlington, too, would have us imagine a new kind of world. But this world is no paradise, but rather a fresh hell of indifference—no, hostility—indolence, and a dedication to the proposition that the customer is always wrong. Unless you like paying for rudeness and rewarding low characters, go anywhere else for your next large batch donut purchase.
