Coffee was ready as ordered when we arrived! Very tasty latte
The “coffee” tastes like just milk with caramel.
Beautiful Dunkin store with 3 parking spaces. The coffee and service were OK but the store was not clean.
My husband grabbed the drinks inside, and wow—they were really good. Worth the wait! I’m a Dunkin’ connoisseur (morning coffee is sacred), and Arlington, Virginia knows how to do it right. Big difference from the spots that don’t quite care—this one absolutely does.
The employee taking my order could barely communicate in English. On top of that, she was wearing a headset, smirking and talking to someone else while serving me. Completely disrespectful!! What is happening to customer service in our country ?
