Had an order on the app for pick up- missing items- come to find out they were out of the item but didn’t let me know and charged me anyway. When I changed the item to a bagel with cream cheese- the plain cream cheese was mixed with strawberry cream cheese- good thing I am not allergic! Just not a great experience!
Coffee was ready as ordered when we arrived! Very tasty latte
