Came into this dunkin this evening it was only 7:56pm and all the donuts had already been thrown away. The server seemed as if he was annoyed we came into order which should not be the case because it does not close until 9pm. Very disappointed in this dunkin especially as a loyal consumer of Dunkin’ Donuts. I hope management addresses this.
Shoutout to the absolute MVP who works the drive-thru today window at Dunkin' ! From the moment I pulled up, she is upbeat, friendly, and somehow still lightning fast during a busy rush. My order is always perfect (which is basically a miracle when you’re half asleep ordering on a Monday morning ). Customer service like that can honestly make your whole morning better.
I asked for light ice in 2 drinks. One was fine this was the other! Never again
