Was there on August 30. 2025 with 2 friends. We were having a good day until we stopped at tge brooklyn Ct DD. I took my friend's orders and stood waiting at the counter for aboutv7 minutes. Thete was no one standing behind me in the line when I first stood there but the line had become long when I asked politely after waiting a long time for someone to address the customer's at the counter inside the store. Were the only ones inside but waited close to 5 min. To even be recognized. Cashier seemed annoyed we were not sure what we wanted. We didn't realize (nor were we told) there is a seperate area to pick up orders. But the same cashier "barked " your order is ready down there. Glad we dont live near there. Cause we won't stop again.
Need customer service lessons Another try today August 2025 22 minutes in line, customer inside to take care of the drive thru never ask me nothing I’m living to never come back Over 6 employees and no one ask me nothing Waiting almost 30 min 🤷🏻♂️
