Always good coffee and food.
Wish inventory was accurate. Tried saving time with app but donut choice was out. Had to wait to get acknowledgment to pick alternate. He was nice enough to give 2 for the inconvenience. Great customer service!
On my daily visit to Dunkin I waited patiently in drive thru for over 10 mins for two coffees with a huge line behind us watching three staff members just socializing casually not with customers either one was chatting with the other employee while the other was looking at a paycheck the picture below is my coffee I ordered and from the first sip I new it didn’t taste right and I normally get the same thing I miss the old workers who actually showed up for there job that would pay attention to detail very disappointed and di... read more
Has been continuously going down hill. The girl at the window acts like customers are a bother. Food is always cold or burnt.
