Got there at 6:30am to buy 2 dozen donuts, the front door was locked and the drive-throu line was super long.
They should just close this location. 3:30pm on a Saturday and only 2 people are “work”. Had a walk in mobile order and waited 25 minutes for it. Should have ordered it for drive thru because they focused on those customers over the ones in the store. Order 3 drinks: 1 frozen Matcha (didn’t get it frozen), 1 frozen coffee, and a black iced tea with sugar(sugar was on the bottom. Train your employees to do their job better and take care of the customers as they come in.
Food was great, service was okay.
Went in on Saturday around 4:pm. Horrid selection of donuts and no comment about batches being baked? It was disappointing.
