They should just close this location. 3:30pm on a Saturday and only 2 people are “work”. Had a walk in mobile order and waited 25 minutes for it. Should have ordered it for drive thru because they focused on those customers over the ones in the store. Order 3 drinks: 1 frozen Matcha (didn’t get it frozen), 1 frozen coffee, and a black iced tea with sugar(sugar was on the bottom. Train your employees to do their job better and take care of the customers as they come in.
Food was great, service was okay.
Went in on Saturday around 4:pm. Horrid selection of donuts and no comment about batches being baked? It was disappointing.
Service is not good, seems like everyone noticed that the employees clearly hate working there. The girls usually working are always kind but the guys seem like they hate it there, coffee is usually alright but today it sucks😭 Dunkin’ is just going downhill
