So slow. Not many people at all in there but my order took forever. They forgot half my order, and had their backs turned to me so I had to call out and ask for the rest of my order.
Stayed in line for 35 minutes, arrived at window at 955 and they told me they’re closed, I said it’s only 955 we have been waiting a while, he just responded sorry computers won’t let me put in any more orders. 0 customer service, could care less about any of their customers. Stay far away.
Waited in drive thru for 45 minutes before close, by the time we finally got to order they said they were closed because their computers were down. We couldn’t leave because there were multiple cars behind us. No one came out to tell the line they were closed. The people in front of us got their donuts and paid with a card. Great way to ruin your night.
This store and the other locations in town never get my order right, they can’t seem to be able to follow simple directions, like adding flavor to a coffee or what kind of cheese on a sandwich.
If I could put 0 stars, I would…. Awful. Will never go back to this Dunkin' location again. 🥴
