If I could, I would give half a star. The reason is that they mix water with ice coffee, which has happened more than once to me. When I confronted them, they stated that their manager trained everyone to do this. For your information, I am paying for caffeine, not for the water. Please improve your cost-cutting mentality and the cost of your products.
When mobile ordering, you are able to get your order incredibly quickly and without much hassle. However when ordering in person, it becomes an adventure to try to get what you want and the people aren't very friendly.
Nice DD location. Staff are consistently working to keep location clean and tidy which i loved. Donut presentation was excellent. Tasty coffee and iced tea. Great visit today
