One of the more competent dunkins around. They won’t annoy you with messing up your order, and they have manners.
This could have been a 5 star review but customer service was lacking overall. I had to practically beg and plead to get my Dunkin’ Refresher for $3. My coupons were scanned but my member ID wasn’t and I was charged full price for the refresher. The cashier tried to tell me I couldn’t return and repurchase, which was untrue. He eventually obliged and I received back the difference. This dunking apparently won’t honor the coupons on the app and try to make fake rules. I would skip this. They just greedy for money. How your dunkin and won’t accept my coupon. Corporate will find out about this
