Ordered online for a mobile pick up, I get there and the lights are off and no one is at the counter. The tv that shows orders was absolutely full and beeping non-stop with zero attention payed to it. I was told the worker that was there was “on break”, on break for over half an hour with no one else working? The app also did not say they were closed and there was no way to get a refund. When the whole entire store goes on break there should at least be something on the app that tells customers. What a shameful way to be rob... read more
