The staff is okay; the parking situation and pull-in/pull-out from the freeway is crazy. Beware.
I arrived approximately 25 minutes before closing, well within operating hours. Despite this, the employee informed me that she could not make a latte and that the only options available were already brewed coffee or cold brew. This is completely unacceptable. If the store is open, it should be able to serve the full menu, especially basic items like a latte. I came to try to order food and couldn’t the worker was just sitting in black rolling chair with one leg up in the chair on her phone with her ear phones in. I was so pissed because I’m on the highway traveling and was starving. I said hello 3 times and because she was so tuned into the phone she wasn’t working.
Disgusting. Milk is left in open containers on the counter.
They don’t serve food nasty attitude last employee hopefully they shut down and let another chain in at this location what a joke
