Horribly slow and disorganized.
Came here on Nov 5th a little before 3pm to pick up an online order only to be greeted with an attitude. It seemed as if I ruined their day. Like if you don’t your job then go somewhere else. No customer service etiquette at all.
This location is super slow and inconvenient! I’ve been to many but this location made me wait almost 15 minutes for our order! FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EMPLOYEES ORGANIZATION!
Employees do not greet customers, they are rude. They mess up your coffee and then have an attitude when you kindly ask them to fix it.
