Got a signature latte and they handed me a cup of milk with no whip cream or toppings
I toggle between Dunks. Somedays I use this store location. Mike is always on top of things and gets the orders right. He definitely hustles far more than the other guys. The week morning crew is very understaffed for the amount of customer and foot traffic which comes into that location. I gave Three Stars for atmosphere bc it always seems to be chaotic with a lot of customers standing around waiting for their orders. Five Stars for Mike.
Used dunks app got in over 5 mins later order not even started
Yesterday afternoon my coffee tasted like chemicals, and it took over 5 mins at the drive thru with no other cars in line just to get a medium iced. Usually the coffee is fine, but lately the staff has just been a bunch of immature kids.
