We’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for years, and the staff have always been helpful and kind. The woman who usually works the drive-thru in the mornings is especially courteous. Whenever I stop by for a quick breakfast, it’s always nice interacting with her because she consistently brings that kindness and professionalism with every interaction. I've been a fan of Dunkin for a long time. I'm particular when it comes to the old fashioned plain cake donut. I don't like it when it tastes and feels like a greasy sponge. I LOVE it when the donut is what I call "crunchy fluff" (crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle). The shop in Ruckersville makes it pretty consistently. I can't speak to the atmosphere since I went through the drive thru.
