This Dunkin’ Donuts needs serious attention from management. I placed an order through the drive-through and it came out wrong. I politely pointed it out to the person at the window, and instead of fixing it with any kind of professionalism, I was met with pure attitude — like I’d done something wrong for asking for what I actually ordered. Great coffee as usual!
Terrible service and quality control. Some of the employees are okay but others are terrible. I’m not sure what the employees name is but she is tall and blonde, everytime I encounter her she never greets me or uses basic manners. I’ve had pleasant experiences with an employee who has purple hair, she is always nice but that doesn’t outweigh their quality control!!
