Update: The speed and service has really picked up. They can still be overwhelmed at times, but in general, they are a great place to order from.
I think this place should get a whole new management and staff!! or they all need to get Retrained!! This place is unprofessional
I come to this store almost every morning with my mom before work, and almost every time I witness MAYBE 2 ppl at a constant work flow while the heavy set manager sits in the back office and doesn’t break a sweat. This morning in particular really irritated me seeing as that manager found it fitting to reprimand an employee infront of customers for simply stating that a woman that came in was clearly under the influence of something and the employee didn’t want to be involved.
