What’s the secret to the success of brands like Duncan and McDonald’s and so forth? It’s consistency which is the exact opposite of what you get at this place. Every day is a roll of the dice as to whether it’s going to be strong coffee, weak coffee, strange tasting coffee, or amazing coffee. You never know. Today I ordered two sausage croissants and two bacon croissants with no eggs. I don’t even know how one can get something so wrong.
