Very disappointing experience. The staff seemed completely confused and unorganized. They couldn’t get a simple order right, and I had to repeat myself multiple times. The whole experience was frustrating and felt like nobody knew what they were doing. Definitely one of the worst Dunkin’ locations I’ve been to. Management really needs to improve the training here.
My jelly donut was served by a female employee who did not want to be at work. As for my jelly donut it was stale and did not have hardly any filling.
