I ordered bagel minis and when I got them they were cold. I drove back through the drive through to let them know and get new ones. After I handed them the bagel minis back they just put them back into the toaster. Mind you I had touched both of them and taken a bite out of one. This is not sanitary. And awful customer service. They were so lazy they couldn’t even do the right thing to fix their mistake.
I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit to Dunkin’, as I believe there are several areas that could benefit from improvement. The wait time for our drinks was much longer than expected — close to an 20 minute— which was surprising for a quick-service location. I understand that things can get busy, but better communication and time management would have made a big difference in the overall experience. Went by late afternoon and ordered. They told me they were out of coffee. Don't think I've seen a lazier staff.
