When i ask for lightly toasted bagels, i expect them to be lightly toasted, not to be put in the oven with the sausage and egg to be blasted with heat. Also, they forgot my bacon, again
Today, I stopped by for a quick refresher, but the staff's unprofessionalism was clear. The woman working there was distracted, texting on her phone and ignoring me. I told her I was ready to order, but she continued ignoring me as if I wasn't there. After waiting a few more minutes while she kept texting, I decided to leave. She didn't even put her phone away to try to get my attention. Since I visit this location daily, I feel disappointed, and I guess they just lost a loyal customer today.
