It’s time to clean house on this crap place these workers don’t wanna do their job or answer phones messing up coffee orders not using common sense I’m reporting this whole store for there crap customer service I called this store 6 times about my wrong coffee order they took the phone off the damn hook and now aren’t answering there’s no way there even that just when I went in it was fully staffed order a medium mocha, iced coffee with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle and got this garbage
we only got frappes
Super rude staff. No greeting, no thank you, no have a good day. Ignored at the register while employees make coffee without saying "I'll be right with you." If you're that miserable at work, QUIT
